Hi Matthew! Sorry was this the first time! I was wondering if you put in a user name and password! When I've gone into those rooms I've had no trouble. Its funny they seem to be surprised as a Mac user that I could use the Mike! Although its not perfect I can a least get to communicate with people in those rooms!
