I too have noticed very severe audio problems with RS Games on my Mac ever since I installed Lion. I couldn't even get in to a second role of my dice in a game of Yatzee. Gonna have to report this to RS games for sure. I note, with some interest, that I did not, however, lose VoiceOver. This was not the case under SL.
