Hi Teresa,
I had a similar experience trying to move mailboxes to the Favorites
bar. I had success when I used the other drop command that is the one that
drops the dragged mailbox under the current location you are on. so I picked
up my mailbox with VO comma, then went to the Favorites bar interacted it and
went to the last mailbox in the list. I then pressed VO shift Period which is
really VO greater than. For me for some reason this worked better then VO
Period. Hope this helps.
