Hi Paul, I also use the program DVD Remaster that Doug spoke of earlier. I have used it to successfully create m4v files to place on my Iphone. I can break the copyright encription with Fairmount a program included with DVD Remaster. Note this is only done for my own personal use to transfer the content of the commercial DVVDs to my Iphone. I believe you can also extract the audio from DVDs as well with DVD Remaster. I have done this as well, and it works flawlessly. Hope this helps. Have a great day. Allison
