Okay, I have played with this for a couple of days so I could make sure it worked. What I did to get to the top of my messages without having to push 4 or more keys, is created a key commander. So to get to the top of my mailbox, any of them, all I have to do is hit option key and the number one. Now getting to the bottom, I still have to use VO plus shift plus end, and since the end key is on the right arrow, that's 4 keys I have to push to get to the bottom. But 90 percent of the time I don't want to go to the bottom of my mailbox or folder, so this partial solution fits me well. HTH
