Hello Linda, Having tried everything I could think of to make this work, I asked my husband to have a look. The buttons to select Yes, No, or I don't know, are inaccessible with VO. VO reads the labels, but the actual buttons are to the left, and VO skips over them.
The Web rotor shows no buttons or form controls, so the site is badly coded.
