Brandon, I suggest the following: 1. Make sure the two devices have the exact same firmware build. 2. Confirm that they are not jail broken. 3. Confirm that they are using the same wireless provider. 4. Remove any third-party case from her phone. 5. Make a call from her phone, yourself, and confirm the problem. Conversely, let her use your phone and see if she has the same problem.
