Hello Oriol, Go to www.webkit.org for a thorough explanation and download links for Webkit. My quick and dirty definition is Webkit is the base upon which Safari, Chrome and several other browsers are built. When folks are having problems with Apple's Safari browser, it is often recommended they try running Webkit as it receives updates almost nightly where Safari's updates tend to be distributed by Apple less frequently. Webkit can be installed and run in parallel with Safari.
