Vmware or VirtualBox would be your best choices as Parallels is not
accessible. VMWare seems to be the favorite while VirtualBox has a
command-line interface that lets you navigate any winky things that
aren't going well in the GUI. For the least hassle it seems VMWare is
the winner and is what you'll find the most discussion of on this list.
I don't recall anyone recently asking about VirtualBox although I know
some folks like it, especially the price.
I'm still not satisfied with office-type apps on the Mac since the
800-pound gorilla of MS Office refuses to hook into voiceover. Buried in
the MS Office Mac VPAT

OpenOffice or iWorks are pretty much the main alternatives but are
imperfect in a number of ways, but generally not enough to warrant
running a VM and Windows and Jaws/NVDA.
While I don't use it, many people seem to like the iCal app that comes
with OSX. This article details getting iCal, Oracle Cal, Google Cal and
your iPhone calendar all to sync. I'm sure a little googling would turn
up more:

Hi all,
What's the best program to use with VoiceOver: Fusion, Virtual Box, or
Parallel? I'd like to run Windows 7 with Jaws on a virtual machine.
Also, what's the best way to work with excel, word, and Powerpoint
files on Mac? I'd need to collaborate with other people who use MS
Office on Mac. I heard MS Office is not accessible Mac. Should I use
Pages, Numbers, and Keynote on OSX, or should I use MS Office on
Windows Virtual Machine? I need to use more advanced features on
Office like using headings, tables, style, and so on.
Also, is there any accessible oracle calendar client on Mac? I'd like
to stay in Mac as much as possible.
Thanks for all your help!
