Did you install all the Apple drivers from your Apple operating system
installation CD? If you didn't do that after installing Windows then you need
to do that and then try the install again. Just because Windows is up and
running in Bootcamp doesn't mean that you have finished the job. You still
need to install the apple drivers in Windows.

Subject: Trying to install a HP all in one printer under Bootcamp running
Windows7

  Hi,

If this is off topic, then I apologise up front but thought one of you mega
people might be able to help with this.

I'm trying to install my HP c309a all in one printer/scanner/fax software
under bootcamp in to a Windows7 64 bit installation.

a.. When I run the install cd or the setup from the latest download from
HP's website I get the following error message.

This computer does not have the necessary USB hardware support to enabled to
allow completion of a usb installation.
The installation cannot continue until this is resolved.
In order to install this as a usb device, please refer to your computer
documentation, or usb ad in card documentation for more information.

If your sure your computer has the physical usb connectors, refer to your
computers documentation about how to enable usb in the bios.

As far as I understand it under Bootcamp there isn't a bios.
  I'm running a Macbook pro 2010 model.

This ran perfectly under bootcamp running XP pro on my old Macbook. I was
hoping when I started the install I'd be asked the type of installation I
preferred such as wifi but not a chance.
Has anyone got any ideas as to what I could try?

Sorry this is rather a long post.

  Kind regards

  Graham
