If you're using a Mac, and your questions have to do with that, then go right 
ahead and ask away. the only time questions might start to be off-topic would 
be when / if they merely ask about purely Windows or Jaws-specific material. 
From your note, that's not what you're asking, yes?

It sounds to me that you're looking to get some assistance on using Windows / 
Jaws in regard to your Mac specifically?…

If this is the case, then by all means, go ahead and ask here.
