The library folder is hiden in lion, personally I think apple made the wrong 
decision with that, but it's easy to get to. In the finder, press command shift 
g, this opens a dialog box where you can type the folder you want to go to. 
Type ~/library note the symbols at the beginning, select ok and you will be in 
the folder.
