Yup. Select the file or files you want to archive then go to the File
menu and you'll find a selection that says "Compress YY files" where YY
is the number of files you have selected. It will generate a generic
Archive.zip which you can then rename to something more memorable. Of
course if you give it just one item the archive will be the item name
with .zip appended. So you can just put all the stuff you want to
compress into a folder, name that folder something useful and the
compress that which will give you a zip with a useful name.
