Hi Colin, Well this email is really something else! Even when I am simply down arrowing in the post from the PC File company, vo seems to read a couple of lines at a time. Vo repeadily reports: spacer, tab, spacer, tab etc. before I hear the trial download link. Right or left arrowing does not find the link, and control option shift M does not work at all in the opened email from them. Very frustrating indeed!
