Well, this is what iMovie and iDVD are supposed to do but accessibility
is unknown. The iMovie VPAT shows some accessibility but not complete:

and the iDVD vpat seems to be about the same:
http://images.apple.com/accessibility/pdf/iDVD_VPAT.pdf
So you might as well give it a try.
