Jack,

Once you open the message, vo+left arrow until you hear Voiceover announce
"message headers group". Then interact with the group with vo+shift+down arrow.
You will then hear Voiceover say as you examine the area with v+arrow keys,
"message header text" and "details link". position your vo cursor on the
"message header text" portion and interact with it again by pressing
vo+shift+down arrow. Then vo+left arrow until you can't move further to the
left. You will now hear Voiceover spelling the name of the sender. Use
vo+shift+m to bring up contextual menu. You can now move up and down the list
to make choices of copying the address or adding it to the address book or
replying to sender etc.

Once you are done, stop interacting with the area, you may have to do it twice
and return to your message.

As for the links in the body of the message, once you hear Voiceover announce
that there is a link on a particular line, use vo+left and right arrow to
locate the link more precisely. voiceover will normally announce "link" before
each word which belongs to the link. Then interact with the text with
vo+shift+down arrow and you can then press vo+spacebar to activate the link or
vo+shift+m to bring up contextual menu.

HOpe this helps.
