Hello Ahmed,

Continuous reading is not an option in Pages. If you wish to read an MS Word 
document straight through, you'd be better off using TextEdit.

To force TextEdit to read the document, select the document and press 
VO-Shift-M then VO down to Open With and go right one then type the letteres T 
followed by E which should find TextEdit. Press Return and you'll be in 
TextEdit.
