Hi, Well, I guess you know you have to install growl first? Google for growl mac and you will find it. It will install and you will be able to configure it through system preferences. It will allow announcements by a lot of applications to be spoken by alex. For me i installed growl first and then adium and skype. With adium for me it automatically write to me in messages. for skype it is not automatic but people tell me it can be configured in growl to work.
