Hi hmmm on my computer the chess app is in the applications folder and mine came preinstalled with lion so it should be there. I did hear that there are a few accessible chess apps for the iphone, you might want to ask this on the viphone mailing list for blind iphone users, its the sister googlegroup to this one.
