I reviewed some of our taxes in Turbo Tax last year using VoiceOver.  I  did 
very little data entry, so I am not sure about how well that works, but 
TurboTax 2010 certainly was navigatable using VoiceOver, and our family will be 
using the 2011 version too, so I can report back on that in a few months.
