Hi, when you say menus, are you talking about the context menu that comes up when you press VO shift M? Because it worked for me. I went about it a little differently though. I pressed command L which brings up your following/followers window. Then select the following tab. Then I interacted with the table, found the name I wanted, and pressed VO shift M. I selected send DM and the info was in the edit field.
