Hi Nektarios. I know I only had my Mac for three days when Lion came out, but I have not had this happen to me the way you describe. I have found that it takes a couple of seconds for my computer to wake up. Sometimes I do command-tab so that it will say Finder. That way, I know for sure it's awake.
