Hello Gigi, The voices Daniel and Samantha are available by going to VoiceOver Utility, Speech, and clicking on Default voice. Select Customise, press Return and to the right you'll find a search box, where you can, if you want, enter the name of a language. Alternatively, if English is what you want, just navigate to the table to the right and interact. press VO-Space on the voice you want, then stop interacting and navigate right to listen to it and to download it.
I've added French, German, Spanish, Italian and Greek to my voices. I don't speak Italian or Greek, but I got an e-mail in Italian and wanted to hear it read correctly. Greek is for someone I know who uses the Greek spelling of her name, and I wanted to hear it read correctly once again.
