Hello Ezzie, I'm going to recommend a technique that should work. It seems like there should be an easier answer that I'm not aware of, but this will do. Instead of interacting with the frame, press VO shift m to bring up a context menu for the frame. Choose one of the options to open the frame in a new tab or new window. Now you can use command a to select it.
