Clickables are things that, if you just leave your mouse/cursor sit on them for a certain period, will open or expand information windows about the item. Sometimes you can VO space of VO shift space (mouse click) on the clickable to do this, but you don't have to. Often, VO just says Clickable when there's nothing there to click. It's kinda like "data detector present." Not much to really worry over.
