That is the problem with all screen readers regardless of system, unless something has happened in later years that i'm not aware of, that there's no way of shift-, alt-, option- or control-clicking things. Apple might have solved the problem of dragging with modifiers down in the new Lion drag and drop feature, but to my knowledge you can't modifyer click without using the physical mouse or track pad. If i'm wrong here, please correct me. /Krister
