Hi Banu. 
I know you asked about Podcasts, but have you also gone to the VO help with the 
VO and the h key. Then press down arrow until you get the online VoiceOver User 
Guide. This does have information on using VO with Safari, TextEdit, and the 
programs that come with the Mac. I found using the startup tutorial not to be 
as helpful as the User Guide. 

Of course I don't know what other computer experience you have, but VoiceOver 
is not any more complicated than any other screen reader. All of them are 
difficult in the beginning. Some people learn screen readers by themselves and 
some people need training from others. 

Mobile Me, which is in your subject line, is being phased out because Apple is 
going to another system soon.
