Small trick is that if you convert the files to m4A, then change the file extension manually to M4R, this will work. Note: This will *ONLY* work in this instance; changing the file extension is in any other case I've heard of a very bad idea. It only works from M4A to M4R or vice versa, but if you don't see M4R in the list of conversion options, M4A will do.
