I think this was described in a previous email in the archive but the basic steps are to open the bookmarks page with commnad-option-b and then in the first table interact with that to choose which set of bookmarks you want to edit such as Bookmarks Bar, Bookmars Menu etc. I most often am adding or removing items in the bookmarks bar since those get keyboard shortcuts to activate (Command-1 for the first bar mark etc). Anyway, once you've done that then stop interacting with the table then navigate right a few times to a second table which will list all the bookmarks you have. Interact with that and then you can arrow up and down to inspect the bookmark rows. When you find one you don't want just hit delete and it's gone.
