Hi Paul, Thanks for your reply! I have used this method many times for other links in email messages. Most of the time it works slick as a wistle. But sometimes it doesn't work for me ane this is one of those times. However I was able to invoke the link by first opening the shift+ Cmd + Ctrl + M context menu and selecting the"Open Link File" from there.
