All,

I upgraded two iPads and two iPhones so far. I think a lot of the problems 
people are having is the incredible number of downloads and despite Apple's 
best efforts, demand can just overwhelm the hardiest of servers/server farms.
I had a number of problems and including one instance when my iPhone 4 went 
into recovery mode. I was finally able to do a restore and it upgraded to iOS 
5. All is working perfectly. So, relax and all will work itself out.
