Paul, I recommend that you enable ITunes WI-Fi Synch. Choose your IPhone. Then choose the summary tab. Check the second option and apply the change. Then on your IPhone go to settings general ITunes WI-FI synch and activate the Synch now button. This is how to synch Podcasts, music, ing tones,etc. Hopefully in the future Apple will allow us to synch over the cloud. In the meantime, this is great because you don't have to be tied to the computer. Synch will occur when you attach IPhones to ac power.
