Yes, I checked my view settings. Although I'm not sure what you mean by checking it. Unless there is some specific setting I need to have, nothing seems to make any difference. I also noticed the same thing is happening with the iTunes Sidebar. If it says "show iTunes sidebar" it is being hidden, and "remove iTunes sidebar" it is being shown. Very strange.
