Hi, Chris. To disable plugins and other web content, go into Safari 
prefs/security. I don't see a way of disabling individual items, except for 
Javascript and Java. By the way, if you want to check out the installed plugins 
and their status, go to help/installed plugins. Note: not to be confused with 
extensions *at all*.
