Hmmm, I don't find Winamp in my list of running applications in the chooser, but I do find it in the "force quit" window. I think it must have balked. Either that, or it shows some sort of inaccessible splash screen. I don't like to use the word "inaccessible" very often, but this baby is not even recognized by VO as a window.
