Lion.  I had to fool with it to get it to work at all myself and I thought it 
was hitting the enter key that finally did it. 
Given the fact that everyone else seems to be having a problem I'll tell you I 
also tried moving the app to the applications folder as well, hitting the 
spacebar, and hitting escape.  Also tried bringing up any context key that 
might exist with control/option/m.  
Ultimately something I did worked but I'm not sure which one it was.
