Dean, I also want to add that although this is a useful solution, it does not preclude developers from properly labeling buttons. If "we" settle with such functionality it is not beyond the possibility that devs will figure we can label buttons ourselves. So, if you do find buttons that lack labels or other issues of accessibility, I encourage folks to contact the developer. This if nothing else will raise awareness, which serves other purposes such as getting devs to make their apps accessible in general.
