Hi Karen, I used to use Chase which was horrible. I now switched to Capital One. There website is accessible and they really care about their customers. I switched to them for their no foreign transaction fees at ATMs since I'm moving from the states to Spain to marry my fiancé in the near future. I need access to the ATM, and wanted a bank that wouldn't charge me a fee every time I needed to use it. I hope this helps. THeir website is: http://www.capitalone.com
The ATM's are accessible in Spain, some of them anyway :)! Oh, I almost forgot I use tthe Capital One site exclusively with Safari. hope this helps.
