I really must disagree here.
Not only from the website standpoint, but in General.
I also appreciate all the wisdom.
Still I base banking on the over all company behavior, and as someone who was a customer of Chase for more than ten years, I would not recommend them to anyone. Your files example is a case in point. Why should you have to work around it, instead of their fixing those files...if they are so understanding of accessibility? You know how to work around them but would a person new to adaptive and now new to chase who then had to call for information get support?
I know not.
Add in the number of consumer complaints about them in General, and I say steer clear if you can.

Hi,

Yes.

The first couple of times its slow going because you have to just sit there
through all the empty cells in those tables. But once you know exactly what
you want you can just use the item chooser to jump around the pages.

Quite agree. Last time I was there, a lot of tables with a lot of empty cells

Hello all,

from a mac /voiceover /whatever browser standpoint, who are you banking with
that is accessible, both stateside and in Canada?
I am finding it more amazing how many American banks have decided access equals
a security risk, and the old, it must work with jaws etc.
I am getting closer to my mac now, so want to choose a bank I can who with
minus a fight..again
Thanks,
Karen
