THis is a strange one, but here is the solution. SInce you already can get to 
the table with the bookmarks etc. I won't cover that. So, once you have 
selected the set of bookmarks from the table:
1. Navigate past the vertical splitter and the search field.
2. When you encounter the horizontal splitter interact with it and navigate to 
the right. THe idea is to hear it say "Zero percent".

At this point Safari may go busy on you and my advice is to simply toggle VO 
off/on and that should resolve the problem. Then you should be able to find the 
table with the individual bookmarks. Unfortunately I have not found a way to 
keep the table expanded, so you have to use this method until someone can 
figure out how to fix the issue. :) Of course put a bug in APple's ear at 
[email protected], so they know this is really annoying.
