Hi, I'm still not having any luck with dropbox. I got a response from the tech guys at dropbox.com and he said I should try unlinking and re-linking my dropbox so that hopefully I would then get access to all my files-as it is currently empty and I know it's quite full in reality. He said to go 1) Right click the Dropbox icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen, by the clock on Windows or menu bar at the top of your screen on Mac. 2) Select 'Preferences' 3) Click the Account tab and then the 'Unlink' button
So where is this menu bar/icon he's talking about? I know exactly what he's talking about regarding Windows, but not for Mac. If I open dropbox in the applications window it says 'dropbox has no windows' and every time I try to get to preferences it says 'finder preferences'. Thanks.
