Hello Paul,

You've almost got it.

• Press Cmd-f to open the Find window;
• Enter the text to find in the search box;
• press Return;
• Press Escape;
• You should be on the first occurrence of the text you want.

To find further occurrences, press Cmd-g and the word will be highlighted.
