Hi Kevin, To answer your questions: 1-You can grab any usb midi controller and map any function of the application with midi learn baked into it. If you're looking for turntables, most of them are now compatible with dj except for timecode vinyl controllers such as the numark v7s or some other active platter controllers. Personally i have the numark ns6 and added two pad controllers, the akai series which are pretty good and affordable too.
2- The cue points using the keyboard were my first testing ground and they worked fine for me, alas you need sharp reflexes to get the right timing as though waveforms are present in dj 4, we can't really use them,. Algoriddim is pretty receptive in adding accessibility so it's worth a shot giving them a pointer on either their twitter @algoriddim or through their forum where anders the moderator sifts through all feature requests. 3- I havent extensively looked into the sampler part, though i have 3 samples record and play pads mapped on my controllers, however the newer sample editor doesn't seem accessible though i could swear it was there when 4.0 which made voice over extremely sluggish was there. This yet another feature to ask the guys there, but i wouldn't bet on it as most drum kit, pad enabled software never seems to have accessibility, or if it does, it's not very intuitive as all the dynamic areas are just called buttons.
