the short answer is no.

the long answer is defenately no.

I've been battling this issue with apple since logic 8. the only way to make 
logic fairly accessible but in a tactile way is using a console like a tascam 
dm4800 with firewire expansion. that's how I used to do things. 

the only Pro audio system on the market which is blind friendly is protools 9 
or 10. apparently protools 10 is better with voiceover. don't know how true it 
is as I don't use it.

for logic pro to be accessible / logic express as well, it has to undergo a 
major rewrite to implement accessible window layouts, full controls, the lot. 
it's software I would never entertain again.!!!!!!
