Hi Laura, This just happened to me last night! Find the pdf then turn off voiceOver and hit command down arrow to launch it. Step#2 after its up turn on voiceOver again and it works fine! :) Whats weird is that after doing this it opens up just fine every time after doing this! Go figure! What i did when i finally got it to work was to save it as generic pdf just in case. BTW I am using Snow Leopard. Talk soon
