Yep, there is a work arround for your problem. It's a bit tedious. The only way to see everything you need to see is to just use VO+right arrow through the entire alert process. That's a bit slow, but, what they've gone and done is this. The Check boxes for your e-mail and phone are part of the table itself. Each set of boxes is it's own table. The descriptions are outside the respective tables. for example, you'll see the check boxes for your e-mail and phone in one table. Now, if you VO+right just beyond that table, you'll see the alert description. This tends to make it a bit slow because you can't move quickly from box to box with the description being part of that box's code. Still can be done though. However, in order to do it, you need to just use Vo+right or VO+left. HTH.
