this kind of app was originally designed for guys like me, system engineers, network administrators, software engineers, etc to be able to examine a machine from a remote location, say as an example, if I'm on the road and receive an emergency callout, with the right information, I can remote connect to a machine to check what the state of the issue is and prioritise it's repair strategy.
