Rachel, Yesterday morning I changed my password using my mac through the internet. This is my password for my work exchange account. Later, mac mail asked me to enter my password. No matter what I did, and I did it many times, it would not take my password. IT came and looked at what I was doing. They had to totally re-do my accounts on mac mail. That was the only way it would acccept my new password. We did go through preferences and change it there but it made no difference. When we finally had it sorted out, I was getting duplicate messages every time, and could not delete messages. On other occassions, mac mail just locks up and won't do anything until I close it and start all over. When I start over, the messages I just deleted are still there. there have also been times when I sent a message and it was never received. All of this happens randomly and we can't seem to find any reason for it. Sorry for the lengthy response. Now you know why I didn't want to write such a long email to the entire list. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Nancy On Dec 23, 2011, at 3:14 AM, Rachel Magario wrote:
Dear Nancy, What kind of issues? Maybe I could help if I knew a bit more. I am running mail with lion and with snow and I have different issues with each. Hoping to help. Rachel.
