Hi Ray. 
I realize we are not talking about other screen readers. I was just indicating 
that I follow the same procedure because I started not to and then I had the 
same problem you mentioned. However, once I started closing windows and other 
applications I was not using at the moment, that helped the problem. I agree 
that it should be reported as you did, but for now, that was the solution that 
helped me. Old habits die hard I guess.
