I think you have to jailbreak your iphone 4 to use siri with it.

So no, it is not.  You do need to implement certain solutions to make sure the 
iPhone sends Siri requests through the proxy instead of straight to Apple's 
servers, but a jailbreak is not required to accomplish this.

It's worth noting that getting this all up and running, and developing 
plug-ins, is not a straight forward process.  A lot of the documentation is 
really only suited to people who are familiar with Linux, software such as 
DNSMasq, etc., and if you do manage to get it working, you'll need to know how 
to program in Ruby in order to develop your own plug-ins.
